Welcome to Biostatistics!

In this course, we will learn the basic steps for analysing and interpreting scientific data. We will start off by examining the importance of and theory behind statistical concepts, and then go on to learn how to use a computer software programme to run statistical analyses.

Topics covered will include:
  • Definitions of important terms
  • Hypothesis testing
  • Frequency distributions
  • T-tests
  • Confidence intervals
  • ANOVA
  • Correlation

Hi Vanessa

What do we have to do? am afraid we have not started with this course because it was not opening from the BCB blog, so do we have to read the notes only or is there any excersise that we have to do? please help us.
